  I have a personal account and use a business account for the company I work for and I frequent the Victor branch multiple times during my week. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Joan, the teller I see most often, has gone above and beyond for us. We appreciate all of you! Thank you for making our banking experiences always pleasant.

  The new team at this branch goes above and beyond. After finding out my credit card information had been stolen I rushed over to the branch to get my card turned off. Once I got there I caught the staff on their way out for the day. But that did not seem to matter to them! Andrew took me back with a smile on his face and helped me sort out the matter at hand. You wouldn't have even known I was keeping him from starting his weekend! He was personable, kind, and taking his own time to help me. I wish I could give my review more than 5 stars but that will do! Im happy to have such a wonderful team there to help me with my finances.

  I was there recently just as they were closing and said I could just night drop our deposits From Great Clips, and they said non sense and took care of me. I'm there frequently Kelsey and Joan are always very nice and accommodating.

  The internal staff often seems incredibly uncomfortable around almost anyone that walks in. Though they have been able to solve several issues ive had quite well. M&T itself has a ridiculously unforgiving overdraft policy. That system needs reworked before I could recommend banking here.
