      I joined this bank a little over a year ago and I have zero regrets. I have never had a bad experience here. I am writing today, specifically, becsuse I had an issue with my paycheck. The teller who helped me went out of her way to do so. I feel it was above and beyond and it saved me from a very stressful situation. Although everyone I have ever worked with at ESL has been great, Erin, from the Cobblestone location, in Victor helped me greatly. Her service was outsatnding.
