  I had the best experience today with Compannage Fonseka. I called asking for financial advice and I was invited to meet with him within minutes even though it was closing time on a Friday. He took his time explaining all of my options and made suggestions based on my needs. I was very impressed with his kindness and knowledge and look forward to discussing my financial future with him.

  The personal banker Compannage was EXTREMELY rude and had NO idea what he was talking about. I have made a formal complaint to corporate. That being said, the two ladies Sandy & Sarah did correct him and I was able to complete my business.

  The females at the Ft. Smallwood location are RUDE. I called in with a question and she could not be bothered to try and help me. She had a lot of attitude in her voice as well. I don't normally write bad reviews about an entire company for having an issue with 1 employee but her attitude towards someone who needed help was unprofessional and wasn't even called for. I also called the customer service line to try and continue my original issue and THEY ARE RUDE TOO! I can't even get my issue out before these people have an attitude. It almost makes you want to be rude back! Im tempted to take my money elsewhere.

  Don’t know why the low reviews. The ladies should recognize us more Brooklyn knows and remembers most of the return customers. Special shout out to Bill Stengel he is genuine man and has helped me many years from buying a home to new accounts thank you Bill
