  Coastline Mortgage is a step above the rest! We used them to refinance our loan, saving us essentially eight years mortgage payments. They kept in constant contact, making sure we were up to date on what was going on and ensured us every step of the way. Aside from the top-notch communication, their rates were unbeatable.   I highly recommend working with Coastline Mortgage. The process was seamless, easy & enjoyable from start to finish. Our loan officer Armen was always available whenever I had questions and eased any of my concerns when I didn't understand something. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and rates and took really great care of us throughout the whole process.

  Originally was going with another mortgage company ( newrez ) but could not get any response to emails, text or phone calls . Called coastline and never looked back. My loan officer was Armen who always responded to the emails, text, and phone calls. He explained everything in layman’s terms . There were no headaches or surprises from start to finish. Would I use coastline again, I wouldn’t use anyone else. Great service, Great rate Thank you Terry

  I can't express how supportive and knowledgeable Brian was, through the entire process he was accessible by email and phone. His advice was helpful and he was meticulous in keeping us updated and making sure our documents/paperwork were correct. We were able to work with him over the length of a year (no ones fault, purchase literally just took that long) and he was supportive the entire time.
