      I was very pleased when conducting business here. The hours of operation are unbeatable, The staff is very pleasant and professional. I actually witnessed one of the agents(Ms. Brittany Holbrook) be rewarded with home made cookies. One of her customers wanted to show appreciation for all the time she has given her great customer service. Highly recommend!

      Customer service is horrible. The woman had sooo much attitude and her entire desk reaked of fragrance which is disgusting and not acceptable. Would not recommend!!!!!!!!!

      The fact that the branch is open till 4 on Saturday and 12 to 4 on Sunday is already Awesome! Then John and Debbie made the experience even more Special! Well worth switching banks just as I will next time I'm there! Thank You M&T for providing such awesome service. Karyne

      I didn't have a good experience. The cashier wasn't knowledgeable. In fact I found her quite rude. I actually called customer service and filed a complaint. The hours are quite convenient though. I have been having that same trouble with quite a few branches of M & T .

      I am so appreciative of this location a life saver I lost my bank card last night and of course it’s holiday rush time and I was able to cancel card but to also walk in this branch to a smiling face teller to withdraw cash. Thank You

      Is the Smith Ave location really open on Sunday's? In addition, M&T is so behind on the times, such a disappointing experience each time i deal with this institution....geez
