  I recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to go to Patriot Autos on Reisterstown Rd. I went online and looked at vehicles and called and spoke to a gentleman name Errol, he told me that the vehicle I was interested in was available. He told me what I need to bring, filled out the application and was approved in less than 30 minutes. I ended up with a newer vehicle than I originally came to get. I was very pleased with my experience there, Errol was great and very professional. I've never got out of a dealer as fast as I did there. If you need a vehicle go see Erroll

  Buyer beware..Predatory for sure I purchased a car from Patriot Autos yesterday and not happy with the outcome. The sticker price of the car was 14,699. Then Tara told me the car was 16949 as the bank they were dealing with needed them to up the price of the car in order to get a better rate. I told them I did not want gap insurance and the next thing I know the car went from 16949 ten to 19999 as they stated the bank required 3000 down. Mind you I only put down 1000. Tara and Matt told me not to tell the lender I only put down 1000 as it would ruin the deal. I spoke to lender who told me this was all done in house and they had nothing to do with the negotiation of the deal. Both Matt and Tara are LIARS. Stay the hell away from this place as they take advantage of your not knowing the in and out of buying a car. They also take advantage of the fact that you have bad credit.. I plan to definitely take this further as I was victimized and mislead. Go elsewhere not hear to these blood thirsty LIARS.

  These people are very unfriendly.When I got there they mad it very uncomfortable all they did was just looked at and dad not really wanted to help except the one guy that was outside

  Had previously went to another car dealership that guaranteed a car for everyone, but that was far from the truth. Now Patriot Auto is definitely about their business and they are not false advertising like the other establishment. I went to Patriot Auto with the same credentials as the first place. That alone says a lot and with that being said I am a very pleased customer who drove off the lot in a better car than I expected. The man that assisted is Steve who was polite, professional and very nice. I would and will recommend Patriot Auto to all.

  First timer… My experience was amazing here i found the car i wanted and got the rates and down payment i asked for ! Errol is great and I would recommend you come down and see what they can do for you if your interested in getting a new or used vehicle very helpful very trustworthy

  Patriot Autos is a really great car dealership. Their sales representative Brenda was extremely friendly & helpful in getting me the car I was interested in, which was very clean & low miles. Even after I arrived later than planned, she really went above & beyond, making sure I could still test drive the car and even staying past closing time so that I could complete my purchase that same day. If you're looking for a car, I highly recommend Patriot Autos. If you go, ask for Brenda, you won't be disappointed!

  We called to look at a vehicle posted online. It took 2 weeks for it to get back from "inspection " and then another week to get back from the body shop. Supposedly the inspection showed nothing but body found scratches that they ordered a door and fixed which took another week and they ordered a piece for the bumper . So after 3 weeks we got to see the car liked it and was set up with financing but that didn't go well at all. They had everything a mess and took another week to fix. So now we are at a month of nothing but issues. I sign for everything and as we are doing paperwork I find out that about 3000 added to total and has nothing to so with tags or title work. With bad credit they have you and you cant do anything about it. We have had the car in my possession for 2 months and still no plates and noone will take calls and the piece for bumper never for yet. I will never recommend being treated this poorly from a company.
