Zeena Lago1The absolute WORST branch in this city and it’s not even close. Consistently has terrible wait times, one or NO tellers present at any given moment. Simple transactions concerning the teller take anywhere between 20-40 minutes because no one is ever available. If you need something done please give yourself at least an hour. If they moved any slower in here they’d be moving backwards.
Response from the ownerHello Zeena. We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is very important to us and we would like the opportunity to speak with you. Lily Pastor5The people working here are really wonderful. Very kind and very patient. Going to a bank has been pretty stressful during the pandemic, and I really appreciate how much effort people at this location put in. They're great about keeping it clean and stellar on customer service. This is always my go-to Bank of America location in Baltimore. Bank of America is of course an unethical, bloated corporation. I hope that they're broken up into a thousand tiny pieces and their executives held responsible for decades of unethical behavior. But that has nothing to do with the great folks working at this location!

Chris Diller1It seemed like it was a problem to be depositing my coins and I was crazy to even come in with coins all rolled up and organized. Then to be told we can’t take those and then taking my whole box around the counter, counted them without letting me watch and I’m 20 short then my original count. By the end they took my coins and I was given a lot of attitude for trying to put some money in the account. My bad for banking here

Dexter Klinefelter1Due to other branches being closed because of Covid, this is the branch I need to visit when I need quarters on laundry day. There is always a line, and NEVER more than one teller on duty. Nobody here is in any rush to help the customers. It consistently takes me at least 25 minutes of waiting in line to exchange the $20 I got out of the ATM for two rolls of quarters. Absolutely inexcusable, and nobody working here seems to care about customer satisfaction at all. I'd be embarrassed to work here.

Ganesh Bhattarai1Worst customer service, rude and disrespectful. They get upset when asked to do their job! Absolutely rude!! I have asked for some change rudely he said they don’t have change I understand because of covid there is coin shortage but not totaly out from bank . He is lazy that he don’t want to move from his chair to get change . Never in other bank of america I ever experienced such rude and hostile behavior!!! Stay away!! This place has bitter people working there

Razan Sa1I’m regular Client to this branch and the team is friendly but the checking counter always slow plus after a long wait the girl at the counter I think her name was “Rashky” gave an attitude and refusing to do redo the service I was there for because the line was long and she need to finish. This is a bad customer service, someone needs to tell her how to treat people and provide the full service for customers whose been waiting to be helped.

Steve Katz1Inexpressibly slow service. There were maybe 8 people in line, and two tellers. It look over a half hour to get to the first spot in line, and then I had to give up and leave. They were just really slow at process each customer.

James Cocks2Avoid this branch if you respect your own time. Took 1 hour to do a wire transfer when there were almost no customers around. Employees here are in no hurry to help their customers.

Adam Long2Slow and only one teller, at most two, during busy times. Always a long wait for a quick transaction. Only good thing is it doesn't have those stupid automated tellers
