  Jen Peel has been a bright spot during these darker times of Covid. As an account, I’ve helped countless clients navigate the PPP and SBA loans. Jen has been 1000% better than any of the bigger banks I’ve delt with! She makes herself available, answers questions, and has been incredibly responsive to any of my inquiries.   The branch manager, Jen, could not be more professional or delightful to work with. Recently, she helped me open a credit card for my business. When I received it, I had trouble activating it. I sent her a text on a Sunday evening, fully expecting a response the next business day. To my surprise and delight, she replied within ten minutes ON A SUNDAY!! Service above and beyond. Highly recommend M&T bank, and particularly branch manager extraordinaire, Jen.

  When you're a small business owner thrown into the depths of Covid-19, you need a banker who is both responsive and caring. Jen Peel is both of those things, in equal measure. Jen always picks up the phone and gets answers to questions within just a few hours. If you're with a bank who doesn't care, give Jen a call.

  I am a tough critic of banks, but I have to say M&T Bank and their branch manager Jennifer Peel have been fantastic to deal with. They answered all of my questions and the location itself gives off a very warm trusting environment. Highly recommend

  I never have a problem with this bank. I find people easy to work with and always pleasant and always willing to help. I've used Hudson over the years and I liked them very much. I have to say I miss the passbooks but I understand most of the banks are doing without them.

  This bank is very deceiving , unethical . Today while I was reviewing my transactions . The bank charged me a $ 205 .00 for service charge in the account . This is without explanation nor sending us a letter that the bank is charging $205.00 . This immediately happened when I used a PNC ATM at quickchek . I was charged with $3 for balance inquiry, $3 for withdrawing $10.00.if I can put. Negative star I would . Be careful with banks
