      The associate who helped me, Brooke, was really nice and really informative. It took a while took get my withdraw but she was engaging the whole time explaining step by step what the issues were that was taking some time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a bank!

      Went through this bank for an auto loan, the person who did the loan was absolutely clueless. There was a mistake made with the title bank to bank that was out of our control. When I called and spoke to Anna she was extremely rude and did not want to help at all. Do not recommend this bank. Customer service is awful.
