  Rude rude rude! What a joke of a bank! I only need a payoff letter for my RV and this bank can do nothing at the branch, and the 1800 number can mail a letter that will be null by the time it gets here. Can not wait to be done with this bank for good!

  This is a pretty old-fashioned place. A couple of tellers up front, lots of invisible mortgage bankers upstairs. They lure new customers using bonus offers, but many accounts carry monthly fees and there is an early termination fee of $50 if you close your account within six months of opening. I opened an account (no bonus) thinking I would use it, deposited 100, and unfortunately forgot about it. When I returned to close it, I had lost $30 to monthly fees and they wanted $50 more to close it, which would have left me with $20 in the account. All for temporarily lending them my money.

  I kept M&T as my bank after moving to VA because of the service I receive here. It's not very convinient to where I live now but still worth the drive. Promila and the others who work here are genuinely good people who want to help you in any way they can!
