  We have contacted the M and M Lending group in april 1 2022 and they were able to expedited our funding, they contacted us the same day and had a commitment within 24 hours, also the simple,limited documents in which they required, were easy to be able to provide them in a 15 min time span. They then funded within then 7 days into escro for the closing. This company is extremely understanding of time restraints and are able to accommodate when time is of the Essence. From our first contact with them and haveing monies wired to our account was less than 20 days (Unbelievable) We want to work with them on all our futures endeavors. Michael is very personable and accessible contact thus the company is a 1 of 1 company

  I have called 3 times asking for a POF to do business and have spoken to the owner or he said he was and a women named Michelle, they were both very unprofessional. the "owner" was very arrogant the firs time I spoke to him. This woman named Michelle was very unprofessional too the first time she was rushing me off the phone not even wanting to acknowledge me and the second time which was just a few minutes ago she hung up on me, at first I thought the line the cut off but it did not. I am pretty sure most of these reviews are fake. I wanted to do business with them but I guess they rather be rude and unprofessional. Currently I have 3 deals about to close in 10 days and it's NOT because of M&M lending. I have felt disrespected and degraded by this so called 5 star company. I will make sure to tell individuals about experience with this company. Awful manners!

  Good company to work with. We did run into a couple bumps but it was just due to misunderstandings. If you do have any problems the owner is very responsive and takes his business seriously, as a business owner myself I can appreciate that.
