  We worked with Graham Kaun and M&M Mortgage to buy our first home, and had an awesome experience. Graham was so great to work with, and he was always willing/available to answer any questions we had (as first-time homebuyers, there were a lot!) Graham did a great job explaining complicated documents and processes to us in a way that made them a lot more understandable, and a lot less intimidating and overwhelming. We’re so happy with our new home, and could not recommend both Graham and M&M enough!

  We experienced the best re-finance through broker April Thurmes. April's assessment of what we needed & could afford was spot on. Everything was handled professionally, expedient and easy. Because everything is online! Even our closing was in our home. We will recommended April to our friends and family. She made our refinancing a breeze.

  We worked on refinancing our property with Nicholas Montague from M&M montage LLC. We chose to go with a smaller organization instead of the big names out there. Process, could be stressful, in a way, going over different details and coordinating effort of multiple sides! We have to say, we had our doubts at first, how it all was going to get handled, but Nicholas Montague met, and even exceeded our expectations! He delivered as promised, and most important quality to us was his communication! He was able to be found quickly! He promptly responded to our questions in timely manner! We don’t know, if we are going to need his services again, in near future, but if we do, we know who to call! Great job Nicholas Montague!
