K. I.1Don't think they'll help you. Extremely poor service unless you go in to talk face-to-face, just don't waste your time calling hoping for a banker to talk to. Not worth the trouble and am seriously considering ending my account with BMO Harris over the bad service.

Daune Wright2I opened my account online last week. Went into Roseville branch for my debit card the next day. They didn't give me a pin. So couldnt use my card..Can't get my little bit of money. Called the phone bank 2 times. 1st time ok. 2nd time Steve was rude an unhelpful. Huffed an puffed during the convo. Didn't want to assist me. I kept explaining I'm older an needed more help. He'd didn't care. I thought this was a nice bank but your customer service workers have no customer service skills. Just opened my account and i will be closing it soon.

Jeremy Newhouse5I've had my business and personal accounts at every big brand bank in the twin cities. BMO Harris is hands down the best customer service bank in our town. For starters, each branch has their own phone number that you can call and talk to a real-life person in that brach- and they know who you are. These bankers are empowered to answer questions and solve problems over the phone. Their tellers are efficient, I never stand in lines like the big banks. BMO Harris offers far more competitive product and fees than others. I'll be a loyal customer for life!

Susie Conley1It is nearly impossible to get through to the credit card/rewards center. I was on hold for a total of 1hr and 5 mins today and then I was told I will hear back in 72 hours. My rewards balance is screwed up and I cannot get anyone to help me!! They have no online access or email option.

Michelle Visnovec1I have my auto loan through here and they are terrible! Sometimes they hold my check a week or two before cashing it. I also had my account number stolen by on of their employees they went on a shopping spree with my money! thank goodness my bank TCF noticed this and contacted me and also helped me with investigation and police report. I sure can't wait to be done with this bank!!

David Brown1Beware! A first time $15 overdraft fee turned into $83 dollars of bank charges in 10 days. I had ask if some of the fees could be saved. I was told by the bank manager that if it wasn't a bank error she could not do anything about it. And this was not a bank error. So I closed my account. Could not recommend anyone to this bank with such high fees and no forgiveness. Consumers beware!

Andrew Zandlo1Conducting business for a larger corporation. I have never had my deposit slips lost as often as I have at this branch. Upon asking for deposit slips, sometimes they refuse due to not having an employee ID, then other days they freely give me the slips, if they can find them. I have had night deposit drops denied because I didn't present ID???? It's night deposit. The only employee that hasn't given me problems or made comments about conducting a same day deposit is kinda lady Jessica, Multiple attempts to speak to management, result in waiting 25 minutes while he visibly sat in his office, when he finally decided to address me, he calls out from across the store, gets defensive immediately and spent more time telling me he was the boss, and if I want him to file a complaint he would be more than happy. Sir, all I wanted was an explanation for arbitrary policies and to address why most of your staff is completely rude. It's ok, Wells Fargo is closer, and my company is more than happy to utilize accounts at Wells Fargo. Little did he know, I was representing a company with over 3000 stores, whoops.
