      We worked with Jay Alvarez to purchase a NV200 for our business. He worked his hardest to put the deal together to meet our budget and answer all our questions.       I couldn't be any happier with my new car. I sadly was the victim of ID fraud and my credit had taken a toll but on it's way to be fixed. I went in early December and sadly nothing could be done w/out a sky rocketing payment. Once I saw some acct got removed I went back in, with the same sales rep (Savero) whom is always beyond delightful and caring. Well I stepped in and sadly at first things were not looking great for me but with ALOTTT of effort and hours of hard work from the M'Lady team I was able to leave with a brand new Rogue. I should point out that in between my visits I had gone to another Nissan dealer and another place and the service was great but they didn't go out of there way to get me what I wanted with a payment that was manageable. M'Lady is beyond helpful, caring, and most importantly for me were patient with my very energetic toddler. Thank you M'Lady team

      Everyone I encountered at M'Lady Nissan was very friendly and professional. They took the time to explain what was done, and more importantly, my car was serviced in a timely manner. The waiting room was very comfortable and clean.

      I can't even begin to describe how amazing my experience was at M'Lady Nissan. This is my 5th leased Nissan and my 3rd vehicle from M'Lady. I worked with Brett, Tom, and Pete. All three were amazing! I came in knowing what I wanted and I was not willing to settle. I am a young women who came in alone, but they treated me with respect and did not try to upsell me. Pete and Tom spent 5 hours showing me 7+ Rogues. At first, we weren't able to find the exact Rogue I wanted for the price I wanted. I decided to leave. Tom and Pete agreed to follow up with me. I left around 12:30pm and around 8:15pm Tom called me. He had worked all day to find the Rogue I wanted for the price I wanted. He had it brought in from another dealer. We agreed to a price and set up from me to come in the next morning to finalize the purchase. Pete even came in early to make sure I was taken care of. He wasn't supposed to start until 1pm, but came in at 9am to help me since Tom had the day off. I left in my dream car and couldn't be happier. Everything was positive about my experience, except my interaction with Brandon in service. Pete had pulled around my old car and my new car into the service drive so I could move things from the old car to the new car. Brandon came out while I was waiting for Pete to pull around the cars and nastily asked what I was doing there, I explained I just purchased a new vehicle and I was waiting for it to be pulled around. Once both cars were pulled around, I started moving things over. It took all of 5 minutes, but Brandon was not having it because the two cars were taking up too much of the service drive for his liking. He yelled at Pete to move the cars in case a customer came in. Guess what, I am a customer who just purchased a brand new car. His attitude left a lot to be desired, but it was only a small portion of the otherwise amazing experience I had. I would not and will not hesitate to recommend M'Lady.

      Phil and Tom were great to work with. They bent over backwards to get us the deal and the car we wanted. Finance department made everything smooth, we are extremely happy with the car and the service.

      I was giving information about this dealership through a co worker. I have been working on my credit since March and was able to get my Transunion to go up 145 points. I then contacted M’Lady who had been calling me and emailing me for weeks. I let them run my credit and was told to come in and that they would be able to get me in a either new or certified preowned. I then drove an hour and ten minutes to pick out a vehicle something I was told I could do over the phone. After being there for 4 hours I was told that I was denied through Nissan but they had a representative they work with at Nissan and we could finish the deal on Monday. It is now Monday and I have had to call several times only to be told I need more money down or a co signer. I believe my time was wasted and my credit was ran so many times that now I have to wait before I can go anywhere else.

When dealing with credit we can not simply do this on the phone as we have to prove identity. This is for your protection and our protection.       I brought my Rogue in for detailing due to my furry dogs. The truck arrived looking like a dog, but was returned to me as if it was brand new. They did an outstanding job getting all of that dog hair out. Thanks Mlady!!!!

      Two customers had dogs. One was a service dog and the other was not. The one that wasn’t was very anxious and aggressive. Fortunately it was small and able to be held. Very uncomfortable waiting experience. Also the gent who handled my service was very in helpful. He did not greet me, did not go over what would be done, what recalls were being done what the cost would be and why it was different from what the website quoted me, and didn’t go over anything at checkout.

We try to be pet-friendly with the hopes customers use their best judgement of their own pets behaviors. Again, I am sorry you had to be a part of that.
