  I had the same issue. Ill keep it short. We were flooded and lost everything. I was referred to this company by my realtor who told me they are legit and helping people all over houston as long as they have income 3 times the rent amount. Job is your credit and they are steady moving people in every day!

  I have never heard of this before! Im so glad I did! We have been DEVASTATED after Harvey hit Houston. We have never been flooded at our home and home owners insurance was never recommended for our home. We never purchased due to the high cost. I don’t have to tell you what happened next. Our home was hit, our regular insurance would not cover the repair costs so we have been living with family members for 4 MONTHS now. Our credit is already messed up trying to pay the mortgage on a home we don’t live in. we were in the negotiation process for selling our home to a real estate investor when I was searching before work in the early morning and came across this website. Boy, I wanted to call them at 5AM to see if its really true…. I waited. Im not crazy… spoke to Julian Lopez here at this company. He patiently went over the entire process with me. Told me I had to qualify with income 3 time the rent. Me and my husband make enough, so no problem there. Then after I proved my income, we did the contract and I paid to get started for the house approval. Yes, this is for a RENTAL HOME. We have 3 kids. By the time I had the money to pay the landlord everything was complete and we were READY to move in!!! whoever that came up with this idea at your company is a GENIUS !!!!

  They were so persistent with their help, and unbiased... They didnt treat me like i was less of a priority simply because my credit was poor. So helpful!

  I was living in an extended stay for 3 months!!!! These people do no check credit at all ! sounded too good to be true but glad I took the chance. Wish I would have found them sooner!

  No follow up after submitting application twice. Said I was approved for their help but no one has contacted me. I’ve been calling all morning and I cannot get a hold of anyone . Is this company still open????

  pre-approval based on the information you provided is not a full approval. for full approval you need to send your proof of income. we cannot get someone right away due to the high volume of applicants and requests. we will be happy to review your information submitted on a first come first serve basis. we have 300 applicants a day and calls every 1-2 minutes. the files submitted prior to your will get attention first. thanks,
