  One of the worst professional experiences of my life. Do not work with this organization. We spent almost a year with them trying to obtain a mortgage that they told us would be easy to complete. No mortgage was obtained, but we did waste thousands of dollars on fees and appraisals that we will never get back. We were lied to, manipulated, and taken advantage of. We worked with Bruce Maasbach. Do not give him or this place your time or your money- you will live to regret it. I would not wish our experience on anyone.
