      We had an amazing experience and the best costumer service! We really had a tricky task for them and they didn’t mind at all they were so welcoming and so nice. David and Davic were awesome! Thank you so much once again, and thank you for making us feel so welcomed!

      Came to this location today with my husband but im waiting outside with my infant and toddler, my husband is the account holder for small business account, try to withdrawal , teller sent the verification code to my cellphone, but i was waiting outside but still can see my husband and the teller, i told my husband for the verification code and he told the teller, but teller said i have to come inside, i have stroller with infant and 1 toddler, its not convenient for me come inside, but teller keep insist want 3 of us! my husband is the account holder and he have the verifcation code, why still have to give hard time only withdrawal small amount? unless if the person whose withdrawal is not the account holder then you can need more for security purpose! this location for the 2nd time give hard time to withdrawal, and this the only worst location compare to all other location that we ever visited

      Couldn’t be worse. Went to this place because a last minute request for a void check to setup direct deposit. Got rejected at the front door saying I have to order online, the bald male was very rude. Then went to another boa they helped print the check within 5 min.

      If there were no stars they would get it. I honestly do not understand their attitudes and the teller’s lack of manners. I decided to address my concern with the manager and she literally said that is his face. Instead of apologizing or showing any concern. Do they trust that customers are staying regardless of the service they are getting? There is literally two banks on the same block you guys. No one has to take your attitude nor tolerate it.

      The staff are friendly enough, but there are never enough tellers working. I came in to do business banking at 10:30am on a Wednesday, and still had to wait over ten minutes for a teller to even appear at the window. It’s a nice enough location, just pay more people to work there 🤷🏻‍♀️

      I was here for taking bank card and create account. This was my best experience with a bank ⭐ Clean, good design, existing USB for charge mobile phone if you need wait ⭐ polite staff ⭐ personalized service ⭐ my situation was not simple and specific, but they helped me ⭐ my English is very bad, but the employee could explain all the details to me and work with me Jia Ling Chen, u are the best! Sry for inconvenience when working with me. Thx for help!

      Worst Bank of America. Idk who is responsible for allocating labor to this business but we are in midtown east, one block from Grand Central. One would think, you should have more than one teller present from 10am-6pm. Tellers are often rude by the time you get to the front and my 30 second, rent deposit transaction, takes at least 30 mins. The solution? Open up an account with them! As if...

      It takes a full hour to open a business checking account. You, the customer, supply all necessary information in the first 15 minutes and spend the remainder of your time watching an employee use a computer/phone. You cannot use the restroom without an escort.

      Just went to this branch for assistance and there was literally no one standing around and the gentleman told me “sorry we can’t help you. You came 5 minutes too late and everyone is really busy right now”.. (crickets were chirping) I want to bring in more of my international business and you are treating me like a peasant? I will never return to this branch.!
