  I normally would not go out of my way to post something negative. I instead normally go out of my way to highlight good experiences in my reviews. This exception is to inform of the rude and condescending behavior from both Luke and Misty. We ultimately decided to cancel our interaction with them and move forward with a different company simply because they did not deserve our business. If possible, I would suggest looking elsewhere for your mortgage needs.

  Luke helped us make our dream come true!! He was very helpful every step of the way. From the first time we met with him, he made us feel like buying our first home was possible. I needed to raise my credit score by 40 points and he gave me great advice on how to do it. He touched base with me often in the few months it took me to raise it. While we were waiting for that we went house hunting and found our home. Once we were ready to apply for the loan, the process went by quickly and smoothly. We closed a week ago!! We are forever grateful to him.
