  He definitely takes advantage of women and girls. He is the rudest person I’ve ever experienced in a pawn shop, and I’ve lived in New York. His attitude sucks and he rips people off. He will also tell you to come in, have you waste your gas, just for him to turn you right around even when you have spoken with him. Go ANYWHERE ELSE. Rock Road Pawn is WAY better to go to. Don’t waste your time here. Throws your ID back at you and everything.

  At 3:00 pm I texted him on FB market place and we agreed to pickup the torch after work at 5:00 pm. He sold it while I was on my way to his shop, and didn’t even bother to let me know. Not reliable or trustworthy.

  I requested a couple more pics of a interesting guitar they posted on Offer Up (they only took 1 pic of it). Their response; You can come in and look at it in person. I would of bought it if they would of taken a minute of their day to show me the rest of the guitar 🎸. Pretty pathetic business.

  This pawn shop is run by a bunch of thieving crooks. Sold my engagement and wedding ring and my husband's wedding ring before the time was up and didn't even offer anything to compensate which wouldn't matter anyways because it doesn't make up for the 18 years of marriage they symbolized.don't worry police have been notified and I am making a civil suite and taking those thieves to court!!!!

  Very very very very limited on what they take....I buy from and sell to pawn shops all the time and the last 4 times I've been there he told me he don't take what I brought. Basically if it's not some high dollar tool or a high dollar electronic don't even bother! I'm not even sure how he stays in business when he won't take anything.

  I like this pawn shop very nice people, they have allways been fair and nice to me been dealing with them for yearssssss and never had a problem.

  Great response on facebook marketplace. Up front and honest about defects in products. Good prices and friendly service. They definitely have a repeat customer!
