  I bought a boat from Jerry and Gilbert, I will tell you right now these guys went above and beyond for me. The least I can do is give them a good review. I bought it last night and was extremely pleased with the service I received and the boat itself. They truly did go the extra mile for me and got it basically lake ready to where I was 100% comfortable with the price we agreed on(which was a good price). I have not seen anyone go the extra mile for me like that in a very long time. They even changed my ball on my hitch for me as I brought the wrong size! I will definitely be buying from Jerry again with pleasure. Thanks Kings! You guys are awesome!

  I only go to this pawn shop, nowhere else, because they are genuine, honest, and friendly. I went to another one that was referred to a few years ago by a friend who said they only wanted the gold off of my wedding ring, and would only offer me $150 for it, when it was originally bought for $1400. King's always offered fair prices, they have helped me out several times when I was late making a payment on pawned items, including holding it until my payday. I have been reading other reviews about their horrible customer service and that is all wrong. Everyone says hello, they help us out so we never stand in a line. They show us what we want to see in the glass counters. They are all good people and I have refered many many many people to them and will continue to do so!!!!

  I bought a 5500 amp . They were nice enough to exchange it for a 1400 W amp. That goes in to protection mode every time I turn it up. And then they say it's my fault because I have something wired wrong but with my other amp it pounds the hell out of my speakers I was just wanting something better and this place filled with customer service and they just want to sell junk to customers. So buyer beware!!! They never offered to give me any of my money back or to even give me anything close to what I originally purchased and then they charged me an extra $20 for less wattage. And the final note was I need to call customer service of the brand new amp I Just bought from them. I took it to Advanced audio and they said it was junk. They also hook me up really good so thank you advance audio !!

  I'm sorry this man is not happy we tried to help. He purchased a brand new amp and tried to wire it up and burned the amp up. the amp was under warranty but he did not want to send it back in to get it fixed so he wanted to trade for another one. So we traded him a more expensive amp and we told him to hook it up before he left and make sure it worked which he did and then days later he called back and said his unit would go off and on. I told him he had a problem with a short or a bad speaker and he needed to take it to a stereo shop and have them to hook it up and have them call me back. He never called back or came back.

  High prices (over new price) dont recommend stop-wasting your time As for knowing prices..dont go off ebay..how about actual stores..you trying sell tools for 30-60 less then new price..when tool is used..

  I’m sorry Dan knows little about prices. We have have been in business for over 45 years and every once in awhile we have someone who wants to buy and item and thanks he can buy at garage sale prices. We price way below retail and we back up our prices with computer prices. So Dan you might shop at the flea market.

  I was given a Sailor's Cross by my farther and kid's for Christmas. The last gift my Father was able to give me. He passed away the following Summer. Now Married again and was off work because of injuries and getting ready to go into the Hospital for Surgery. I pawned the Necklace value of $300.00 to Paul for $20.00 my Wife was in need of gas money to get to work I always let them keep my ticket's I have known them since 1970 trusted them and done a lot of business with them. Now they say I did not pawned it to them but I keep my own records. They have lost me as a friend and a customer I will never do business or send them any business again. Sorry for the bad review and Thank The Lord the Necklace was found and Jerry called. Apparently Connie my Wife took the necklace in to pawn it for us. we apologize to all involved for the mix up.

  Arthur has been a good customer and a friend for many years at the time he was talking about he was heavy on medication and going to the hospital and is very confused. He never pawned his chain at that time and he has no pawn ticket to show he did and he knows that when you pawn and item the computer prints out a pawn ticket that he has to sign the ticket and he receives a copy and police receive a copy. Arthur knows that his chain was taken from his house when he was in the hospital by someone he knows. Its sad that we have loaned him money over and over again on different items and helped out my own pocket, there was times he was so far behind on his payments we could have sold his items but we held on to them until he could pay. His chain was broken and only worth about $40.00 in scrap. We have been in business for over 40 years and if Arthur is going to make up stories like that we do not want him in our store again .   Shopping around this last week for some expensive items, we went here twice. The employees just wanted to stand and gossip and chat about vacations and family right in front of us. Four people and not a one ever bothered to ask if we would like help. We waited right in front of them, but they were too busy chatting to help. At one point I questioned in my head if they were racist by ignoring me the way they did. ?? Why would they ignore a customer?? A quick question on a ring we had was rudely excused by "When you are done wearing it, throw it away! We can't resize that!" We did not ask to pawn the item, simply asked a question on it. Ugh.. We took our business elsewhere and were greeted by the most helpful and willing to help people at Money Town. They even cut us a deal with all the money we spent in there! If you don't want to deal with rude people that treat you like scum... go to MONEY TOWN!!! Btw, I had to give a star to just post this. I didn't want to.

  I not sure we're this lady shopped but it was not at our shop. We only have 3 employees and I can asure you that if a customer comes in to our shop our employees would have asked her what she was looking for and would have been thrilled to help her. Our employees not only get paid well they also get bonus on sales so they are going to do every thing they can to help and make a sale. And to post that this happen to her twice is pretty bad on her part and this not going to happen in most shops. We have been in business for over 45 years and have a very good relationship with all our customers. We no that you can not please everyone but we try.

  Yeah I know they are out to make some money off item's that get brought in but when you lie about blueing on a gun to try and get someone to sell, that's really revealing to the fact that this place is just trying to screw people over. Now maybe all the people their are not like this guy. I brought in a gun and guy tried to tell me there was bluing on the metal in two spots, well I didn't see it, and the guy also didn't notice that the bolts number didn't match the two other numbers on the gun, the serial numbers is what I'm talking about, and when I took the gun elsewhere, I asked a different guy about bluing....and I'll be damned, but he didn't see bluing either. Haha so the guy that deals with guns doesn't know as much as he acts like he does. An I'm responding to the owner of kings pawn, I was the one selling the gun to one of your guys and tried telling me there was bluing on my gun. I told him I didnt see any of the bluing he was talking about, and he proceeded to tell me that he wouldnt argue with me. When I asked a second person at a different facility, I asked him about the bluing, and he said the same as me, no bluing. So maybe you should be careful who you hire because they are giving your pawnshop a bad name. Also calling people stupid, which I assume you were referring to me, is a great way to treat people who might be your customer.

  You know when you buy anything it is up to you to check it out before you buy it. What this tells me this man does not no anything about guns and may be he should not own a gun. We have over 200 guns for sale and sell guns anywhere in price $100.00 to $3000.00 and if you can't tell the difference in what blue looks like on a gun your pretty stupid and should not be buying a used gun.

  A friend of mine was beaten and robbed on Broadway just a few blocks from this business. Her cell phone was stolen from her as well as thousands of dollars worth of diamond jeweley. She went into thus business 2 days later with a friends cell phone and dialed her number. Her stolen phone rang in their display cabinet!! She identifed her phone and told them it was stolen property. They refused to return it to her, but they would sell it to her for $20.00! These people not only deal in stolen merchandise, they rip-off the rightful owners of the property when they identify it as theirs. AVOID THESE CLOWNS AT ALL COSTS!

  This is a flat out lie! Niumber one we do not loan money or buy cell phones. Number two if this happen at any pawnshop in town the police would pick the cell phone up. Number three this man or woman is a flat out liar this never happen at our shop and if I can find out who this person is I will have our lawyer slap one of the biggest lawsuits against him he has every seen.

  Very nice and genuine people! Really helped me out. at first they weren’t sure if they wanted to buy it but as soon as they found out i had some stuff to pay, they helped me and gave me enough to pay my bills. awesome group of people up there.
