  I would not deal with these people if I didn't have to. I have an auto loan through them when I called to make my third payment the gentleman on the phone assured me that my payment would be processed on time. Fast forward two weeks and I get a notification in the mail saying I missed my payment for the previous month. Apparently my payment was never processed. I called today to make this and last months payment and they couldn't give me a payment confirmation number. The best they could do was send me a receipt in the mail. If you have to deal with these people get a receipt and write down the name of the person helping you.

  Gib Hall likes to work with Marco Abraham of Wichita auto plaza to sell salvage title cars to unsuspecting young buyers! Don't let your young adult loose at this credit union! No the title was not clean on the vehicle from Wichita auto plaza.

  Just exceptional banking practice! I became a member in 2002 to take advantage of the product they offer.. from Home mortgage to Car loan to No monthly fee checking and savings accounts. I have reffered them to lots of my friends and all of them are happy too. I'm happy to tell anyone that I am a long time Member. Ask for Terri or Gib when you go up there.

  Opened a savings account with them and they closed it and took my money without letting me know. I guess you have to keep putting money in a savings or they will take it. Would give 0 stars, but not an option. I could have used that money for something. :(

  Campus credit union has been giving me the runaround. I talked to Gib and he refuses to do anything he says he will. My car was stolen 3 months ago, insurance paid it off 2 months ago. Gap Insurance via “Campus Credit Union” is suppose to pay the rest off but car payments are still being taken out. Two weeks ago I talked to snobby Gib and he said were waiting on paperwork. I get tha, despite it being paid off 2 months ago. Today two weeks later he tells me “I don’t know what’s going on”. Some kind of loan manager.. I’ve called his superior “Terri” left a message and haven’t heard anything back. Gib assured me that he would stop the withdrawal, but he didn’t keep his word.. avoid these people

  Terrible customer service. Provided incorrect information, which resulted in a mess that the customer has to resolve. Managers should take a course in empathy and basic customer service skills.

  I have gone there several times to get loans. I have always dealt with Terri and she has always helped me out.
