  We highly recommend using Element Funding for obtaining a mortgage. Everyone we dealt with were a pleasure to work with. Uploading the required documents was made easy. We were kept informed every step of the process. We were having trouble with getting the title search back from the attorney we had selected and Element found a new attorney and we had the title search back in two days. They have a great team you will work with.

  This was my first experience with a mortgage and I had many questions along the way. Steve patiently answered all of my questions and helped me understand just what I was signing at closing. His response time to questions was very prompt; many times, I'd leave a question on his email, thinking I'd hear from him the next business day and he would answer the question in just a few minutes from the time I left it. I think he and his team gave me great customer service. If you put Steve on your team, you won't be sorry!
