Gjar1Now you can’t reach anyone in the branch because call center based off in California or other states…… Update * reporting card lost or stolen took me 45 minutes on the phone with their off site call center. My other account was two clicks on their app…..run away

It all started when they closed all their locations in the lower valley and now the only one I can go to is in Sunnyside. Before service was great, but now I am beyond done with this bank and am switching to a new one. You all need to get your act together!

I started banking with Lower Valley Credit Union about six years ago, I have had nothing but a great experience they are so good at what they do! They always welcome you with a smile! They make you feel like you are the most important person. I have bank with a lot of different banks and to be honest no other Bank compares to Lower Valley Credit Union. I always felt like I was just a number, & at Lower Valley Credit Union the staff is so amazing they call you by your name, they are very friendly and knowlable! Their rates are insane, my father recently bought a vehicle and he got his loan with Lower Valley Credit Union! It was an amazing experience for him and the salesman! The salesman couldn't believe how fast they process everything, & how hassle free the experience was! I'm truly amazed by this people! They are so great! I highly recommend my friends and family to bank with Lower Valley Credit Union!

Solomiya Parkhotyuk1If it was possible to give zero stars I would. The absolutely the WORST experience I have EVER had with a bank. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Jeremy should not be VP of lending. 1. Learn to speak professional with dealing with customers. 2. Do not disrespect the customer. Called me with misinformed information and the reason for not accepting my customers loan was it was "shady business." Clean up your office and train your people. To give someone such a high position that does not know how to treat people is a disgrace.

Queen_sens1Unfortunately if I could give this bank no stars I definitely would.. worst bank I’ve ever been with, slow and sometimes no service at all. Each time I’ve been in the drive thru each employee has just walked by and stated not saying a thing to me making me wait a long time and they go about their business like if they don’t have any people out there waiting. They need to know when to be staffed if they are always busy on that day of the week. I have tried to reach them on the phone in the past and no one ever answers my calls, I try the toll free number and the GRANDVIEW branch number and NO help on both lines. I even tried the get help fast text line and nothing! I tried again today called the toll number 7 times and the branch location 4 times which is a lot I should be helped on the first call at least put on hold which is better than absolutely no contact but no... I am closing my account with this bank, bad management. The entire bank needs improvement, on the ATMs, and training for staff and phone lines... very, very disappointed. I will not recommend this bank to anyone unless I see some real changes.

Monica Guillen1If I could rate it a zero I would. My wallet was stolen in February. I have spent several hours in the Sunnyside branch. There were fraudulent charges on my account. I have tried multiple times to close my account but they refuse to close it. They said I had a balance because they allowed some ACH's to go through despite having told them that the account needed to be closed due to identity theft so I went in and paid it but now they are saying it wasn't paid and unfortunately I don't have a receipt since it transpired in early March. My husband has another account for a bike and they're now saying it's combined with our account which I am not on the loan for the bike but they're saying it can't be closed because of that. I have called numerous times since my husband got that loan and have always been told they can not discuss anything with me because I am not on the loan. I am a victim of identity theft and have been trying to close the account for months but they refuse and continue allowing for things to go through and charging me. We have asked to speak with a manager on multiple occasions but a manager never comes out instead we're told to speak with a teller. The tellers have no idea what they are talking about. I am so frustrated with LVCU. I guess I will go to a different branch as the Sunnyside branch is clueless.
