  The ladies are always very friendly. The wait can be a little long but overall it’s money and it has to be done right.

  Have tried calling during office hours at all times of the day and get no answer have been put on hold just to be hung up on every time I try to get a hold of someone I wait over 30 minutes and the call just gets disconnected

  Wish they would do something about the long waits some customers have to endure. Workers are slow to help as well.

  Workers pick and choose who that want to show good customer service to. Most of the ladies are always rude to some of my family members and my clients that have disabilities

  Great bank. Friendly and professional staff. There just isn’t enough attention to the line inside, always a long wait. Took me 20 minutes to deposit a check today. Love what they do. Like I said, nice people but if they’d improve the waiting line, I’d give a 5!
