  Be careful with the cashiers and count your money in front of them and don’t lose the money from sight because I lost a large amount of money to one of the cashiers and I will never recover the money back

  If zero was a Option that’s what I’d rate Hapo iv been banking with them for a couple years now and iv been profiled, lied too, lost a Dispute when it was their own Equipment that malfunctioned causing me a situation that lost me over 1k in my hard earned Money. Iv been told I couldn’t get certain bills I needed at the moment, they even took me off a recorded line when I asked to speak with higher positioned employees above management just to cover there end of the phone call they have cost me thousands on investments when I asked them to allow me access to my money to make large transactions I needed to make when I left out of town or simply the bank it’s self I was declined anyway costing me to lose thousands worst customer service comes out of the sunnyside Wa Branch after iv told multiple people to see what hapo had to offer iv had nothing but bad experiences with this Bank and when things go wrong on their end it’s always unprofessional responses and that I’m wrong and that their system has no flaws in it but when I asked who authorized a cash advance of over 1k into my card without my permission they said it was a glitch but the system has no flaws and that I have to pay it back but I never seen the money talking about I need a receipt as proof their system has flaws if there’s a glitch which means hapo can’t Guarantee the protection of its Client’s Finances! Keep all receipts! Always remember who you talked to when you go to the bank and count your money before you deposit everytime! This can happen to anyone!!

  Hapo went above and beyond to fulfill my financial needs. Jackie Herrera my financial specialist reviewed my loan and had an answer within 2 hrs. Initially I took my paper application verse electronic @ Hapo to another local credit union and was told they were short handed and would review it Monday. Monday the loan officer was out sick and I didn't hear back till Wednesday and was told she was going to a Rotary meeting and would get to me after lunch. In the meantime I went to Hapo and Jackie had the loan approved before I got the call back from the other Credit Union. Thank You Jackie for your expertize in the consolidation of my debit.

  So the bank is closed to go inside, at least have 2 people working the drive thru, no wonder theres always a dam line.

  Hi Jorge. With many of our lobbies being closed, our drive up service is extremely busy. As a result, we’ve added staff to help the drive up service at each location . Although not always visible in the booth, I can assure you they are hard at work behind the scenes. Even with additional staff, the lines can be long and I know that causes frustration. We recommend using our digital services when possible such as our mobile app, online banking, and any of our 30,000+ surcharge free ATMs. Many services can be done via these tools which can be a huge help in avoiding the lines.   Worst customer service ever from the teller at the drive thru window name Martiza . She didn’t want to help me she said to come inside to get service so I’m not able to get drive thru service after waiting damn near 20 minutes for my turn . Never again will I visit this place I’ll take my service somewhere else
