  This Covid 19 occurred in my city as I was unemployed since March, I tried doing the skip a pay as I wasn’t employed. Turns out the girl that did my paper work was no longer working ( found out just now ) so my car loan was obviously 2 months due, I called and called they said they would send me another one or they would call me back and nothing! Yesterday I talked to a lady and she said she would send it and was gonna talk to a loan manager in my city and give me a call back that everything would be fine! I never got a call back, today the took my car and as I called they told me there was nothing I can do anymore as my car was already taken when just yesterday the lady told me I just had to sing and send it back! I asked why there’s was no way I can get my car back I even asked if there’s a way to pay for my past dues and even the repo and she said I wasn’t getting it back unless I paid full amount of the car witch I can’t! I don’t understand how in this hard time they could do this and I tried getting in contact with them I have emails and phone calles screenshoted on my phone! I would not recommend as they don’t know what they are doing and don’t take notes of what they talk to a client about, when I would question they would just tell me the girl who was doing your paper work no longer works here and I had to know that why? I never got emails telling me I was past due until today I just thinks it’s crazy and sad that I no longer have a car and there’s no way I can get it with times like this

  No option of 0 stars. Went in today and the person had the worst customer service manners I've seen . She was pathetic and useless and not helpful. They have the most pathetic rules. Not even a wife can make payments to a husbands car because they won't accept it because I'm not in the account but yes on a loan ,when I had no problems last year in the month he was in California. Get people that talk to customers nicely!!!!

  worst bank ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! closed my account and my parents accounts as well last week. NEVER going back.

  Does any one know if you can apply for a home loan with using ITIN number???
