  Sometimes they can be a little rude, other times it think it just because they deal with BS all day from people who THINK their stuff is worth a lot more than it really is. I get great deals there I have bought multiple TVs a laptop & at least 100 used DVDs this place is pretty chill .

  Great customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable. Very nice selection of jewelry and many other items . Large inventory as well. Great place to do loans as well.

  was in Lowell last week from Montana and had to stop in. Being I am in the same business I was impressed. Store was clean and staff was awesome. The owner is lucky to have such great help.

  Very unorganized, went in over the weekend with a Troy pound of sterling. I was there to find a wedding ring. My fiance was with me. They had no rings out and said come back tommorow. This was not possible. As both of us work 6 days a week. I sold the sterling to. Them and they forgot to return my I'd. I had to go back to get it this cost me time and money. I went back today and a man would not let me in because of fire inspector's. He was rude did not listen to my questions and just wanted me to leave, but had no problem buying video games from someone else at the door way of the place. I'm not sure that's even legal. I'm disgusted with them. Beware

  Jason, we are sorry for your experience. We moved the entire store two weeks ago. It was a difficult move. It was a complete surprise when the fire department inspection uncovered an anomaly in the system. I am the owner and would like to make this right. Please ask for Chris.
