  Never go here. A few years ago I brought in a very expensive ring set. Lou himself took the rings and gave me a slip of paper with hardly any info on it. I said.. Shouldn't this have a description on it? He says for the safety of our customers we do not put a description on it and told me to bring the slip of paper in when I was ready to pick them up. Three weeks later I go to pick up my rings. Lou said he had nothing that belonged to me, he had never seen me before and that the slip of paper I gave him looked old because the description was no longer on there. I could not believe it. My rings were stolen. They were given to me by my grandmother. Lou stole them. I reported my rings stolen with the police. I didnt know what else to do.. I couldn't believe it and still cant believe it. I should have sued him. I hope he rots in hell. Karma will get him..

  Hello Marie, I am sorry that you had a bad experience. Lou actually died over 25 years ago. I have a strong feeling that you mixed us up with Lou's in Upper Darby, or another pawn shop down the street. Our pawns have a yellow ticket. All pawns are good for up to 4 months. If you still have the ticket number, call us at 302-888-1812. We would be glad to look into this further.

  Went in to sell M-Audio Axiom 25 with everything included from original person even the box. I called in first to see if it could be sold was told I need to bring it in to the condition which was understandable and fine because it was in great condition. When I arrived he told me it couldn't be sold because an adapter which is sold separate wasn't included. This information could have been relayed over the phone to save a trip. When I tried to sell other items I was rejected with no reasoning behind it. Man was extremely rude and very uncooperative. Entire experience was horrible I would not recommend going here if you plan to sell.
