  Dropped off for my first service and oil change. It was free, which was nice. Although I got my CX-5 in March and have had 3-5 issues a month with the Bluetooth pairing of my apple music. It will show it's playing on my phone and will show it's playing on the car but won't display the song or actually play the music. Although, it will work with the Pandora app on the car (which also needs to be connected via Bluetooth to the phone in order to work)...it makes no sense and Mazda can't figure it out. They're explanation was because I have an iPhone X and it's a glitch that all cars are having, not just Mazda...My fiance has an iPhone X and has a VW and does not have any issues. The other issue is the "front camera sensor malfunction" alert that has gone off on my car once a week the first few months I had it and now is about once a month. Their explanation for that was that the camera is so sensitive and when your windshield is dirty with leaves or has a spot on it, it affects the camera and makes that alert go off...The first few weeks I had the car it was not dirty at all and I get my car washed once a week and it still happens...none of their explanations make sense. I do love the car, but I'm happy it's a lease.

  I had a wonderful experience at Lou Bachrodt Mazda. Joe Lokken was our salesman and he did a terrific job of making us feel like a welcomed friend. He was well informed and worked hard to get us the best deal he possibly could. 5 stars Joe and thanks! Evan the General Sales Manager was also fantastic in getting the deal done for us and with a price we felt comfortable in paying. We went went back and forth on pricing as each tries to get the best deal but it was always a comfortable and productive negation. Francesco helped align us the best financing terms and the paperwork was explained thoroughly and not rushed through. Some dealerships make you feel like you in a street fight for the best deal. That was not the way these 3 gentlemen handled our purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership or these guys to anyone in the market for a Mazda. See you next time fellas. Go Flyers!

  I found truck online Ford pickup truck 2020 told them I wanted to buy the truck everything was set up did all the credit check did everything all good to go told him I had a trade they gave me a price for the trade and right when I went to close it a manager comes out and they cannot honor my deal that was very upsetting I wasted two days of my time and work and people shouldn't be treated like that and that was a very disrespectful way of treating a customer if you tell somebody something then you do it and he was very unprofessional and this was I believe the general manager of the used car Department there Mazda. What's funny is that the truck still in the lot and they haven't sold it and it could have made a deal.

  From the moment we walked in got an incredible vibe. Dayton greeted us and assisted us immediately, efficiently and made this our best and easiest ever car buying experience. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Johnny the financing gent was great too. Thorough and quick. In all honesty, we've NEVER had a better car buying experience.   Rarely does a dealer deliver on all cylinders! However, as a loyal repeat customer (over 13 years uninterrupted) at a previous dealer; I can most definitely confirm my experience at Lou Bachrodt Mazda on 9/17 was superb! The Salesman was Rafi Argi and Finance Mgr - Petri Seppanen. Rafi was a consummate professional who proved excellent customer service was indeed possible. Rafi was knowledgeable and very personable. I even enjoyed the periods of waiting because of rich conversations with Rafi. Petri meanwhile continued the excellent customer service by making the finance process as painless as a dose of novocaine. The culmination of my experience was Rafi graciously pledging, as a matter of further customer service, to rectify a few minor issues with the 2015 Mazda 6 that I purchased. Indeed, I was very satisfied with this dealer and would recommend friends, family and work colleagues to Rafi and Petri for a great deal and a world class experience.

  As we drive home in our brand new Mazda 6, my husband and I are talking about how amazing the whole buying experience was! Our salesman Justin was phenomenal!! He's so personable that we felt like we were talking to an old friend! Definitely go see him! He's amazing!!They really worked with us and didn't pressure us.   They keep emailing me asking for my feedback well I thought I’d make it Public so maybe they can learn a thing or two. 1) stop advertising an internet price that can only be secured in person if you meet a lengthy fine print like matter. 2) attain better lending partners - I have an 830 score (excellent credit) YET their best bank offer was 4% in may 2021?? Come on man. Here’s are two positives : my sales guy was nice and they take credit card down payments up to $2500 w no fees (got to get those reward points). That being said I bought a car from them but end of the day if I had to do it again, I’d stick with Carvana or Carmax - those prices would’ve ended up was pretty much the same with no haggle which we all know is a PITA and these dealers love to run you through their gauntlet - it’s why their sales model is being tested and challenged by those forementioned brands.

  My experience was very disappointing. My 2020 mazda cx9 which says a message that there was a malfunction in the key, they checked it and after 2 1/2 hours they told me they needed two keys, so I told them I only had one and they told me I needed both So the next day I came back and bought an extra key. After 4 hours they told me that they could not eliminate the error and that they would need more time, so they told me to come back the next day and I told them that I could not then I told him that I could next Monday and he told me that it is okay and that I should not wait because they would give me a car and when I was ready they would call me. Ok, I come back on Monday and they tell me that they don't have a car to give me, but that they would call me when they had it and I would just have to leave mine. Well this was a week ago and no one has called me so I will have to find another dealer. I don't recommend this place unless it just had a flat tire.
