  I've been a member for over 30 years and they are always efficient and helpful. The best part for me is the fact that I can use any ATM at any 7/11 store with no fees, so I'm not restricted to the ATM at their office.

  ATM rarely works. Eventually I gave up and make my transactions in person. If I go when they are closed the ATM is guaranteed not to work. They need more branches in the Valley. Old Sepulveda Blvd location was better located near the center of the Valley instead of the far, far East side. They need higher interest rates.

  Just recently was able to get a car loan with LAFCU. And I got to say my experience with this credit union was amazing. Henry (Senior Teller) made everything for me easy and fast. He explained everything to me and in detail and I would highly recommend this credit union to anyone.

  It's refreshing to have a small bank vibe in the big city. I can actually call my branch and talk to the person who set up my account. I alleys get great, very personal customer service. My bank teller actually remembers me and my preferences. It's little things like this that make me a happy customer.

  Sad that Saturdays are no longer an option. Can you please turn OFF or turn DOWN the volume for the buttons on the outside ATM?? I don't want the world to know I am using the machine.. not trying to draw attention to myself while handling my monetary business.

  I came to LAFCU with no money, and the only credit I had was my Job and they approved me for a 1.5 % APR RATE Car Loan! This is a grade A+ Bank and they will help you! As long as you have a job and some credit you will be good! They are completely Honest and they won’t over charge you like other banks do. You went regret choosing LAFCU for your financial needs! I will never regret choosing LAFCU ! I was driving a new car within 48 hours. Thanks LAFCU MY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION FOR LIFE!

  I am always treated with respect at this branch (which is my home branch). The other branches I have had nothing but trouble. The staff at the Van Nuys branch are courteous and are truthful and professional
