  it was my first time here, was kind of skeptical since it has a lot of bad reviews. i came to open an account and got attended as soon as I got there, the sweetest lady attended me and explained everything i need to know. although, when I had to deposit money it kind of took a bit of time since there was a line but it was no problem since I wasn't in a hurry :) , anyways it was great. not as bad as I thought

  Poor service. Been there few times and each time had to wait at least 40 minutes in line

  Long lines for no reason. Young female with glasses was very polite to help direct me to open an account. However, a rude pregnant female unhappy with her job told me there was no point as to why I’d want to open an account with BofA when I have another bank... I was astonished immediately asked for identification. Bank of America I am disappointed.. employees that are not eager to work and help should not be handling bank accounts or have access to information

  Long lines because Bank of America has closed every other branch. Fee pit institution and has a check cashing limit of $2500 if not an account holder. If you have a business think about your customers and peers avoid B of A altogether. There are other better options. You don’t believe me then read the other comments on this review page. To top it off no one answers the phones anymore. Good luck on getting any help on your calls.

  Very horrible experience. Very understaffed and seen a customer with a walker and management couldn't even give him access to the handicap line. I seriously need to change banks.

  If you are a merchant this is the WORST bank to come to. It takes me 20 mins at a minimum. Regular line can have 20 people and merchant line only 2. Those 20+ in regular line come and go and guess what I am still in line. Only bank that has this Horrible system for their merchant line, why even have a merchant line at all? Unfortunately for me this is the nearest bank without having to go out of my way.

  The worst experience ever. If I could give 0 I would! There's a big time discrimination at this branch. If you are not Hispanic or Spanish speaking, you don't get here service at all. Me and my husband went to this branch on February 2, 2017, signed and waited about 35-40 min. until one of the workers told us that We will be the next after someone who came and signed after us. I asked him that the lady came and signed in after us, how comes she gets service first? The guy, of course, ignored me. I asked for the branch manager..... but she didn't even bother herself to talk to us. Very disappointed! I didn't know there are branches only for Hispanic people.

  Garbage bank i have been here waiting for assistance on a wired transaction for about 45mins and the bankers are all just looking at there dam watches and aren't assistanting anyone this bank is truly the worst bank i have worked with don't do business here...and save your time

  Evelyn didnt allowed me to withdraw more than $7000 from my business account, she mentioned is a policy. I called phone vost) Costumer Service and they said there is no limit if you require more than $10,000 I need yo fill out a paper But thats it. This Bank is a joke and will be a nightmare when you need your money urgent.

  I would love to rate this BoA location Excellent across the board, but unfortunately I had the worse experience not so long ago. The Assistant Manager Mayra has beyond comprenhension the worst negative customer skills and extremely defensive. Besides this witch, I don't want to name all the amazing employees but most not all tellers have amazing customers skills and can make a bad day go good. Erving has been the best thing that has happend to BoA in Panorama City, his customer skills go beyond any employee. Also, I love being greeted when I walk in and front desk is always friendly. I hate how they use the business section for regular customers, makes it not so "special" anymore. Popular location, parking is moderate, ATM always has a security guard which I totally appreaciate.
