  Working with Lori and Heather was great. They made receiving a VA loan easy by walking me through every step of the process. They always informed me concerning what was going on and what I needed to do, if anything. They patiently answered my questions and explained the various roles in the "house buying process" (the role of the lender, the realtors, the seller, and the buyer). We even closed ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Ruoff to anyone seeking to purchase a home, but I would especially recommend Lori and Heather. Thank you! My family loves our home.

  Lori is an amazing loan originator, she really knows the ins and outs of home mortgages. If someone can't be pre-approved, she works with them on how to better their score and how/which bills to get paid off. Heather is amazing with clients and is always on top of the paperwork, reminding buyers when paperwork needs turned in, making calls to get payoffs and communicates wonderfully with buyers and the RUOFF processors. The Lori Horney Team is one of best that I've worked with. They're very organized and know exactly what it takes to get loans closed for my buyers. I'm so appreciative of them!

  We have financed our home purchase and refinanced at a later time. In both of these case cases we are extremely pleased with Lori guidance and advice. Ruoff's online tools and Mortgage servicing is top notch as well. I freely admit that because of her great service she is always part of any referral when asked by my clients "Who do you recommend"
