Every experience that I have had with Ruoff Mortgage has always been extremely positive. They are highly experienced problem solvers and the communication is consistent from the time we go under contract, right through closing and that makes my clients happy which is what is most important.

  We used Ruoff 10+ years ago when purchasing our first home. It was easy process. I recently used LeAnne to refinance and she was great! The keep you updated through their portal so you know what's happening every step of the way. The process is super painless and efficient. I'm definitely sending everyone their way.

  I worked Linda Riley when I originally got my my mortgage loan 5 years ago. So when it came time to refinance, it was a no brainer to reach out to her for assistance. She was once again amazing to work with. With my work, phone communication is difficult so we communicate via email. She always kept me informed on what was going on and always very fast to reply to my emails with any questions or concerns I had. Both of my Ruoff experiences have been wonderful and I look forward to continuing to work with them in the future!

  Lori and Heather have been amazing to work with. From start to finish they offered the necessary guidance to help not only find me the right loan for me and my family, but helped me through the somewhat lengthy process of rebuilding my credit.   Vanessa Barber made buying our home such an easy great experience. She made us feel like we were the only clients she had. You hear all of these stories of the stress and problems and such but our experience was very smooth.
