  Loretta and her team did a fantastic job of helping me for a 2nd time in 2 years. I refinanced my mortgage and the process was as smooth as could be.   On 3 occasions, we have used Loretta's services to obtain mortgages. Each time, her industry knowledge, competence and efficiency was exemplary! Here's examples of just what I mean: #1 Late in the process and desperate to obtain a mortgage for our Son's first home purchase, we turned to Loretta when his well known branded lender failed to step up with a commitment. Within a few days Loretta came through with a 30-Year Fixed Rate Mortgage to save the day. And, at a great rate! #2 Guess who we turned to when my Daughter sought a mortgage for her first home purchase this past Fall? Yep, Loretta! Once again, no worries. The fixed rate mortgage went through smooth as silk! #3 So, you wonder where this is going??? We just refinanced our primary residence.   If you are considering your options for a mortgage broker - stop your search and go with Loretta! She is hands down the most knowledgeable and hardworking broker you could possibly find.   We had a need to from shift the firm that was handling the mortgage financing of our our recent home and farm purchase. It became clear that we needed a company that could put our loan application and approval on a fast track. Our realtor made the suggestion that we contact McLean Mortgage's Warrenton office head Loretta Flynn. We only had a few weeks prior to the settlement date. Loretta really got the application process rolling and took personal responsibility for helping us provide the needed information. It was a whirlwind of paperwork but Loretta's supervision led to our completed loan approval in record time. She did this in several weeks while other lenders we spoke to talked about several months.
