  We closed on our house with MBH Settlement group in Warrenton and had a great experience. They were very professional and great to work with throughout the process. At the day of closing we were in and out in no time and Chrissy explained each document to us before we signed them. I would highly recommend MBH group.

  MBH was excellent. They did such a good job I barely knew they were there, and when you're buying or selling property, having people who are so good you never even have to double check or worry about a thing is priceless! I will be pleased to do business with them again when I eventually sell and build a new property. Excellent Team!

  I have used MBH on three different house transactions in the past with great success. This time was not one of them. It was due to MBH not processing the normal legal documents in a timely manner, which then forced a delay of the scheduled closing, which in turn resulted in extreme hardship with moving costs and planning. With no good explanation of why the delay happened, it was this event that have resulted in our real estate agent vowing never to use MBH ever again. Not much else to say.
