  I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Scott and the guys in the body shop did an amazing job with my Ford Explorer. It's never fun having to get repairs done but the work they did was fantastic. If the body shop is any indication of the customer service you get amongst all departments out there at Long McArthur then I'll never take my business anywhere else.

  I recently purchased a vehicle from Long McArthur, and I was absolutely satisfied with the services I was provided. The salesman that assisted me, Marcus Williams, was extremely helpful. He listened to my needs/wants and found the perfect vehicle for my family. He also exhibited great after sale services. I look forward to any opportunity to work with Marcus and the Long McArthur team in the future.

  Wonderful place. Got here an HR before my appointment. They took me right in. And my wait was going to be long and I was hungry so they shuttled me to a food place and waited while I got my food. Again wonderful place.

  We have bought quite a few cars through long mac over the years and they are hands down the only place to go. Everyone is incredibly nice and helpful. Our salesman Bill Rogge is always upfront with us and really works hard to get us in what we want with the payments that we feel comfortable with.

  This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Long McArthur. Very good customer service from the sales to the service departments. Allen met with me when I first arrived, we talked about what I was looking for in a vehicle, and he showed me choices that could work for me. He answered my questions as best he could, and if he wasn't sure he asked his manager instead of making up an answer. I definitely would refer people to Long McArthur.

  Service has gone to pot. The service manager is a great guy who takes care of the customer, but you have to fight through the weasels at the service desk in order to get someone competent and honest. We took our vehicle in to have the $44.95 oil change special just like we had done three previous times. This time the service writers tried to charge us $83 for the same service and chose to not honor the advertised coupon. The price was only brought up after services were performed. What a nasty bunch of snakes.

  So far, so Good... my Father is moving there tomorrow. They've been extremely accommodating and their rates are great, place looks very clean, meals are great, activities too...can't find anything wrong yet! seems pretty amazing!

  We started out with a local dealership because we had a friend who worked there. It became the most stressful and drawn out nonsense ive ever dealt with. Then I remembered my grandfather always talking about Long McArthur and how great they were. Sent in all my info online, picked a car and less than 2 days had an offer. Everything was very easy and Kyle and the other guys were great. Very Happy!
