  Generally have pretty good luck with this company. However it is fairly frustrating that they do their night drop prior to being open so if you drop it off in between that and when they open your stuff wont be deposited until the next day. It would be nice if they would do it directly before they open so if someone still comes by when the bank is not actually open they can still get their deposit taken care of. Also make sure you have envelops in your drive through so that I don't have to use a bobby pin to hold my deposit and check together! Not real excited about this process.

  I have always had wonderful service from them. Bryce is super excellent in his help and always has an answer for any of my questions. If I could give more than 5 start, Bryce would get 100 stars for his EXCELLENT customer service.

  Had a business account for 10 years. Lost Debit Card Saturday. Was told two weeks to replace or come by office. Once in the office Ohio CSR and Manager Austin said I had to recontract the whole account to get a new card because the account was so old. How did my lost business debit card turn into having to recontract the entire account? Misinformation from manager Brian Guyett, poor customer service, waisted my time, and OHIO street CSR and Manager Austin indifferent to what the other manager advised. You guys make a great team when it comes to driving away business.

  Seems every time you turn around they have added another service charge. Over the last year service has declined. They have shortened hours. Will be moving on.

  The manager here is very helpful and was a really big help. I went once and the power was out and they were still able to give me my money that I needed to get out of my account.
