      You can never get in touch with anyone by phone or email. I have been calling trying to pay this off so I can apply for a new loan for the past two weeks and still no one has emailed me or called me back

      I applied for a loan over a week and half ago. Each time I reached out to them to check status I would get a response that they were busy and would get back with me. I sent them one last email and no response. I finally sent them another email today asking them to withdraw my application. I've dealt with other loan companies and never has it taken this long to get a response. I do not recommend anyone to do business with this company.
