Security DVR1Used to be Lockheed credit union, now they are logix and are run like a corporation concerned about profits vs providing their customers the best possible services. Friendly staff but that does not make up for the lack of competitive services.

djmix alot1Similar to others my recent experience with logix has not been great. They used to provide comparable rates however there are banks with better rates and perks. Shop around folks your leaving money on the table with logix

Ralph Chavez5Great bank. The best Rates!!! Everyone their is very friendly and helpful, which I consider to be very important. Tina helped me with my car loan and my refi on my home. Can't say nothing but great things about this company. They truly do care about the customer. I recently closed all my accounts with one of the bigger banks and fully bank with Logix now. Nate T5Love this bank, thank you for providing us with people and not robots it's something small that goes a long way for a lot of us! I can't say how much of a relief it is calling and getting to speak with someone right off the bat I always see my friends call there bank and have to wait 20 minutes before they get a real person and I always tell them to just get logix. I have yet to have a bad experience with logix inside a branch or on the phone. Thank you for your continues efforts at providing amazing customer service and truly meaning it when you say customer service is a priority unlike these other bogus banks that say it just because they have to but dont really mean it lol you guys are seriously awesome thank you.

John Levingston1I am a member of Logix and as a whole I love the Newbury Park branch, Why you ask? As a General Manager of a RV store I do alot of business with Logix and give the branch alot of business every year. The transactions have been easy to manage and we feel comfortable releasing trailers to the members without the check in hand. This is due to great customer service and the knowledge of the team in Newbury Park and a check being cut in a timely manner. We had a customer that preferred working with Valencia Branch and it has been an absolute nightmare so far. I understand not answering the phone because there is a member in front of you, however responding to an email promptly does not take much effort. Now I may have to go take the trailer back from the member because of no response from the branch on funding. I will be putting on my company website that we will not work with any branch outside of Newbury Park because of this experience.
