  During past few weeks actually months! working with Montvale Annie Mac office with John Kane. I have no issues qualifying for loan, but the loan office is horrible in communication and seems like organization. It has been weeks of appraisal and paperwork, I followed up with several calls and many emails to response. I finally use a telephone number unknow to Mr. Kane and guess what he answers!!! only to tell me he doesn't work for the company anymore? OK so how is it you are answering their office line. Mr. Kane shame on you for not only wasting my time but putting me in a situation that will cost my family a huge sum of money. Although you are working for a company your lack of communication and plain seems you did not care will cost families to be in new mortgage situation that do not work for them and many will loss a lot of money. I suggest you get a new job that your lack of work wont impact individuals/ families be able to pay their bills.

  Craig and his team did a great job right from the start explaining the process, very specific about the cost, fees and options available to me. And the total cost was the cheapest with the lowest % by far! His team did a great job answering my questions and keeping me updated during the process. I will definitely use them again!

  I had a simple no cash out refi it was very fast the only thing holding up the process was me. I went from hello to closed in under 30 days. If they didn't have to wait on me to get then upload documents or the 5 days they had to wait for me to call them back when they were trying to get my payoff balance I would've closed even sooner. Fast easy just make sure you have the documents you need ready.
