  A seasoned investor with a long track record in real estate I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of lenders in multifamily real estate over many years doing stabilized asset as well as more difficult value add type deals on large 50+ unit properties. Matt Bowkers knowledge and ability to execute deals is very impressive. He's a great guy who goes out of his way to get things done quickly. The service was stellar. After several failed attempts to refinance a value add deal and secure bridge financing with other lenders, Matt came in got us the funds with a local bank in a timely fashion and at an extremely competitive rate. Matt's extended relationships and ability to source debt is highly valuable. I highly recommend this lender.

  I’ve always had a pleasant experience with Lodge Financial, and especially Matt Bowker. A true professional, always responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to make a deal work. I’ve financed two buildings with them and they always make it a breeze. They even send me off-market deals that they come across based on what they know I’m looking for. Call them and you’d financing needs are taken care of.

  Excellent servie and results. I worked with Matty and Annettte and only wish i found them sooner. Matty is a finance GENIUS, yet so down to earth and easy to work with. He doesn't give up no matter how complicated the situation is until he resolves all obstacles and finds you the best deal there is. It's been a great experience which is so rare in this field. Give them a try you will be amazed how easy the process can be when you're working with the right people.

  I had a very, very unprofessional experience with Lodge Financial. After a strong referral and a really positive initial phone call I provided the required financial information to be considered for a loan and (despite much follow up by both email and phone) I never heard back from anyone. After a first unreturned email I did get my contact on the phone a second time - about a month after submitting my information - to ask the status of my options and she blamed the lack of communication on a "colleague" who was supposed to have followed up with me. Honestly it sounded like she had no idea who I was. She said she would look into it and has ignored my efforts to follow up ever since. I was entirely calm and polite throughout every exchange despite the frustrating circumstances. I would rather be outright declined than simply ignored. Incredibly disappointed.
