  Mr. Patel was very helpful and courteous all the way through. He and his team made sure the closing is as easy as it can be. I was able to close on the home in less than a month. This is my second home with him as the loan officer.

  Dan DiMaria and his team are the best- always available by phone or email, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to move each step of the process along! I recommend highly and found the Fairway website and app easy to use and helpful keeping me on track.

  We had an excellent experience with Fairway on a home refinance -- something we attempted three times before without success. Our agent (Dan Dimaria) was extremely professional and helpful -- and even helped us save some additional $$ by telling us about a homeowner's exemption that we could apply for.

  As a real estate attorney, I deal with a lot of lenders. They are an important part of a transaction so it’s good to have one that is reliable and able to help make the process smooth. When it came time to buy my own home, I had a lot of names of people to call and people I absolutely would not call.
