  Austin and the Local Mortgage team made the stressful home buying (financing) process MUCH easier. No hidden charges or No surprises in the process. I had refinanced a couple of times. It is great to work with Local Mortgage. Special thanks to Travis and loan officer Austin for the great assistance and explain tiny things also clearly.

  Chase Newel is a ten star experience with outstanding communication skills, desire to help, and overall knowledge of the mortgage industry. We would highly recommend you contact Chase. The underwriting team was very professional and demonstrated solid process management skills. Unfortunately our closing person let everything fall between the cracks, she would benefit from training and mentoring. Our payoff amount was incorrect at closing and NO ONE at Local Mortgage would answer their phones. The loan assumption had very little detail, left us hanging for 40 days and again the loan closer offered little to no support to us.

  One of the best lenders in US. Very neat and professional. 100% transparent in their numbers. Almost 25 members recently did refinancing with this lender recently. Everyone liked it.   I have worked with Austin Newell and Kellie Phillips for my home refinance process. He gave me the best interest rate and the process went smooth. They both took very good care of me and explained the each and every step in the process and answered patiently all of my questions. The whole process completed under 6 weeks.   Derek was super helpful. Before getting started, we talked about the process at length and he explained everything in detail. He was quick and available for answering any queries and concerns i had about my refinance process. I was offered a great deal and the entire process went smoothly without any delays. I don't think anyone else had a better deal and rate than Local Mortgage. I was able to refinance my old loan with a great rate and the new loan was structured as per my financial situation and how much i was willing to spend on the closing. As a result i am saving a lot on my monthly payments. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to close on a loan and want the process to be extremely transparent, quick and you get a great deal out of it.

  I had refinanced twice with Local Mortgage, both the times I got the very good support and response from Travis and his team. They are really good and competitive with the current market quotes. I also referred to bunch of my friends they also have the same feedback. If I get a chance again, I will work with refinance again with local mortgage.
