  Spencer Russell was very prompt, understanding and helpful thoughout my first home refinance process. I am still in the process of finalizing everything but so far I have zero complaints.   I was really impressed with Loansteady during each step of our refinance process. We have refinanced several times over the years and Loansteady was by far the best experience. Their analysis of our situation was outstanding and they ran through several scenarios including doing nothing. It was really nice that so much could be done electronically. Great customer service!

  First time doing a refi on my home and Kevin Pennington at Loansteady did an incredible job with my refi. Kevin was professional and attentive and at no point was I unaware of the process. He made everything super easy and without hiccups. Couldn't have gotten a better result with very competitive rates. If you are reading this, give them a try as you will be in good hands and will have a positive experience.

  Spencer from LoanSteady was the first agent to reach out to me when I started looking to refinance my home, and his instantaneous response time was emblematic of the entire LoanSteady process. Both Spencer and Michelle were a force to be reckoned with. Day or night - weekday or weekend - they were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. In the end, I went with LoanSteady not only because they had the best rates in town, and better service to boot, but because they offered me their best deal to start with, instead of burning both of our valuable time.   No multi-day, multi-person email chains trying to pin down when you can next speak to your team - they are ready and waiting, and have probably already approved you for the next step!   Sarah and her team were very friendly and know what they are doing! We had no issues closing out in 30 days and Sarah informed us at each step. She was also available at all times we needed to talk to her. If we ever buy an house again, Loansteady will definitely be our to go place for a mortgage.

  Valerie was great. She was super attentive and communicative. Other people from the title office misspelled my name twice (!) on documents which made us feel nervous, and cause some hassle, but Valerie was not part of that and she was super professional.

  We worked with Loansteady to refinance from a 30 year mortgage to a 15 year. The process could not have been easier for us! Particularly during these unprecedented times when rates were changing day to day, our loan officer, Rob McMains kept us up to date and managed to lock us into a super low rate! Throughout the process, the Loansteady team kept us informed of what was going on and next steps to prepare for, and everything was done online until the last signing, which was scheduled at our convenience in our home. The officer who came for the signing wore a mask and practiced safe Covid procedures through the signing. We are very satisfied with our experience with Loansteady and would recommend them to anyone shopping around for a mortgage or refinance!
