  I went in Ms elsa have a very outspoken voice and very nice . She help you to the start and to the end of time you are there . I will recommend anyone to go there for a title loan because she is the best. I had a nice conversation with her and it all honest and professional work she did for me and I appreciate that.   First off, I want to start by saying that LoanStar Title in general and, Elsa in particular, provide a very convenient/friendly service. As a licensed Insurance broker, I ran into a timing issue with my commissions & had racked my brain on how to get through it.   This place on a very short period of time makes you pay for your loan twice or even more, and if you can't pay in full, even if you already paid more than what you got. They will take your car, this type of loans should be illegal, it is a completly rip off

  Worst title loan place ever! They don't know how to work a computer. I had my car picked up for non payment, my fault. They towed my car 35 miles from where they picked up. Assholes.
