  THIS IS YOUR REALTOR. Seriously. Arji loves what he does and it shows. Customer service is *outstanding*. Skills are exceptional. Arji was our realtor and lending agent, which made the buying process seamless, and helped us remain competitive on bids. We had another realtor prior to Arji; she was actually pretty good, but Arji was just lights out better in so many ways. We were buying a home from abroad, +9 hours difference. He made the time shifts work without any hassle. Communication was always prompt and friendly. He provided us walkthrough videos of houses we could not view on our own. They were thorough, clear, and detailed at a level that truly impressed us. Arji has a background in construction as well, and this was really helpful for us as he could explain when and why structural elements may have been a bit sketchy. We are first time homebuyers (now owners, thanks Arji!!) - and he just made every step easy to understand. He is patient and kind, looks for small ways to make the home buying process better and never once made us feel like we were asking too much or being a burden. There is zero downside when dealing with Arji.

  I cannot say enough good stuff about Arji, a coworker of mine recommended him so I contacted Arji and from the start he was completely honest with me and didn't make promises he cant keep. He was a great communicator and was quick to respond to any questions I had. Lastly, when he told me he was going to do something, he did it. Thank you again Arji for all your hard work and saving me and my family almost $300 a month!

  We used Arji for our second refinance. He works tremendously hard and made the process stress-free. Arji is always responsive even nights and weekends even replies when I don’t expect to hear back from him until the next day. He is straightforward in everything that is needed as well as and in regards to rates, fees, etc. If there is an issue, he does his very best to convey this and work through it. He does sit back and wash his hands of the deal. He went as far as to really evaluate our situation to find the best way to make our home work for us. He was so detailed and I have never had anyone do this for us before. He made us feel that he truly was looking out for our needs. We are thrilled with our new financing. Thank you for making this happen we really appreciate all your hard work.

  We referred to Arji by a previous family who used him in financing their home. We contacted Arji and he isn’t quite local to our area so he referred us to a fantastic agent. Arji did do a tremendous job on getting all the financial and pre approval work! He would follow up on any agents who we put an offer too. Everything was done quickly and promptly!

  Arji was extremely responsive and provided great lending expertise & education to help us buy our first home in Austin, TX (We had purchased several homes in California Bay Area before moving to Austin for semi-retirement). Although Arji is based in San Diego, CA; neither the 2 hour time difference, Weekends, or Anniversary celebration negatively impacted his responsiveness in providing multiple pre-approval letters to enable us to successfully compete in a very Hot Austin market which was characterized by multiple offers, over bidding, on houses being listed that day!
