  I am not even sure that I can express my gratitude well enough to Anthony and Michael. They made my car loan the easiest I have ever had in my life and they found the perfect car for me within 24 hours. So that means that I was approved for my loan and received my car, turned in my trade in (for a horrible loan I had previously) and finalized the paperwork in around 24 hours. It was the most painless process I have ever had. Kudos to these 2 gentlemen for making my car buying experience with Mission Fed the best I could ever have.

  Convenient location and relatively quick service. However convenience and speedy service does not make up for poor experiences and lack of professionalism and horrible conduct. As a first time credit union customer, I expected my experience to be a lot better. I called on the phone three times to inquire about my bill and was told three different numbers, I come into the branch and am also told a different number on my bill. The sheer lack of communication between phone center representative’s and bank tellers is not only inconvenient for the customer but very unprofessional and very misleading to the customer. The policies are unlike anything I have ever witnessed and the practice of a credit union is on like anything I have ever seen. No deposits allowed at the ATM in your first year! Who has ever heard of a more ludicrous policy. Closing a persons credit card without even notifying them, very inconvenient! And disabling your online access to your accounts to see what your balances are or pending payments and charges again absolutely inconvenient. Such treatment will cause me to reconsider my dealings with this institution ever again

  Let me start by saying that Katheryne Mora is awesome! I ran in there because another business withdrew everything out of my account on accident and said it was refunded. My online account showed zero balance. It was supposed to be a cash and card transaction. Katheryne is keeping an eye on my account and going to remove an overdraft fee when it pops up. Mission Fed has really been great for me and my stepson. We just opened his first account a couple months back. The person who helped was also amazing and had a little talk to him about safety with using his card. Rock star employees at this branch!!!

  Awful. I waited Over 1 hr to add a savings account under my business acct. They said they needed to submit my application to corporate for approval. What is there to approve when I already have a business acct there? I waited for almost 1 month and the account has not been established. I went To another branch to follow up And low and behold, the acct was not open. They Called the branch and said the rep who took my application is on vacation until next Monday (1 Week fm today). I asked Them what happens if she doesn’t come back? They say “they don’t know.” So, what happened to my file mission fed? What happened to the sensitive documents you made me complete?

  They have bad customer service . The manager doesn’t have any customers service rolling her eyes at the bank customer. Never again to open a account with this bank. She never made me feel welcome. She doesn’t care about the customer it more about the money. If you are not happy then move to something you like. I’m really unhappy with this bank.

  Buyer of my truck used this credit union to get a loan. Showed up for our appointment Saturday and had to do additional things not stated over the phone that buyer asked about multiple times. This delayed the purchase process even further. The employee working the loan is impossible to get ahold of in a timely manner which is important when you are expecting to be paid thousands of dollars and there is no update of the process. Unprofessional in my opinion.

  I Recently opened a checkings & savings account here a few days ago, Annie helped me throughout the whole process, we also talked about refinancing my car, in a few days I got a letter in the mail saying I was pre approved, so I went back and met up with Annie filled out some paper work & they were able to refinance my car. They got me a low apr rate, lowering my car payments, without extending my car loan term & also included an extra protection plan to my car that only costs a few dollars extra. Overall I had a really good experience here it all took basically 4 days.

  This has been my credit union for the past 4 years, and I get nothing but great service from them. Hands down better than any bank that I have been a part of in the past. Mission Federal Credit Union is all about it's members...they even paid for my groceries because of a misc. member drawing I won. Seriously, it is all about the members. LOVE them.   Extremely customer oriented, cover my checks when I screw up, ( it costs) love the automatic teller, I can call anytime & get my balances. Great for this Senior Citizen.I also pay my bills on-line, with direct deposit I forget what the inside of the branch office looks like.

  Have had an account here since I was 16. I am 45 now. Both my kids have accounts as well. Love them, and their customer care...however, when you send the kids to college out of state, or out of the area, or move out of the county...wave the atm fees. I had a kid in NY, and San Francisco and it is impossible to find coop ATM machines without a car. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.
