  I am happy to be banking with Chase but do NOT recommend this location. The checker who helped us was unfriendly and rude, seeming as if she had better things to do with her time. When we asked to speak with a banker about a simple manner, she complained that soon she would be off in 10 minutes and could not help us and another banker told us we’d have to book an appointment with her. I think it’s so unprofessional to tell someone “I’ll be off in 10 minutes and can’t help you,” at least she could have heard us out first. We went across town to the other Chase off Sunset in Rocklin and received much better service and immediately were able to sit down with a banker upon arrival.

  I dismantled all the office furniture while the carpet guys and other contractors came in and replaced everything it's going to be tellerless not sure how I feel my job putting other jobs out but they're still a branch manager in a couple employees and the teller machine so it's pretty helpful

  A few years ago I left a negative review for this branch. Since then management has made a lot of improvements. There are more tellers, hence less or no wait at all. Excellent service 👍

  We have been CHASE customers for a long time and always happy with CHASE. We needed Notary service done and Denny was really professional and treated us great. Thank You.
