  Do not go to this place. Karsha was incredibly rude when I talked to her on the phone with her repeatedly interrupting me and then hanging up on me at least twice. Fatisha (the manager) worked with me as much as she could and was professional with her dealings. The company as a whole is entirely messed up. I was told different things from different people all the way up through the chain of command to the Vice President. The area manager (Kim) told me that she would call me back either the same day or the next day...she never did and I had to call the store again to have her call me (still never received that phone call). It took over a week and a half to finally get things figured out and even then I was told one thing by the VP but the area manager and store manager wouldn't do it and then they said that the VP changed what she meant when I had talked to her on the phone. I repeat...do NOT contact this store because they're useless to talk to and work with.

  I must say the two women at loan max title loans in Starkville are very professional. I stopped in to ask a question about unrelated business and was greeted with smiles. Of course they asked if I needed a title loan. I declined the offer but gain two great friends. If you are in need of a little cash and don't mind getting a title loan I highly recommend you letting the two women at loan max assist your title loan needs.
