The ladies were extremely helpful because I had a desperate situation and it was resolved as well as my anxiety level deflated as I stayed and felt comfortable as the ladies assured me they could help.   Great atmosphere. You can feel genuine vibes from all employees. They even greet you in a harmonious sync. Also the time they deal with you is very professionally spent. Great team of people. 10 stars if I could.

  I had the upmost top tier experience. I would recommend anyone to Cherell Latham. The environment was very clean, personalities were very nice, and I felt welcomed. Communication was very clear and the process was very easily done. I was very pleased to say the least.

  I love how this group of women take care of their customers at this particular office in Columbus, Ms!!! They are so very professional, helpful, kind and cares relentlessly for their customers!! I appreciate them all but I must shout out my girl Cherell Latham for a job well done and always taking care of the needs I have!! There is not one time that I’ve entered World Finance of Columbus and the team has not made me feel welcomed or made me feel that my business didn’t matter! I take my hat off to all you Ladies! Great customer service still exists!! Thanks for a job well done....EVERYDAY!

  Please go see Tameka at World Finance in Columbus MS. Excellent customer service and Tameka makes me feel like a VIP every time I handle business with WF. Absolutely love this place. They were a saving grace in the dead heat of summer in MS. Thanks to Tameka and World Finance, my children and I were able to restore cool air in our home at such short time and notice. Will recommend over and over.
